Rebecca Kovacs shares her practice of Bhakti yoga with her fun-loving and creative spirit. Upon completion of her training at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, Arizona, Rebecca returned to Pacific Beach, San Diego where is founded The Yoga Hut. She dedicated years of teaching everyday before moving to New York City to study under the Beloved Sri Dharma Mittra. Rebecca's flow is classical hatha/raja yoga, but she also is a true believer in self expression...in finding your own way. "Yoga is to help us gain a deeper awareness of our true selves in order to reduce suffering and live in love". Rebecca embraces yoga on all levels, hoping to encourage and to inspire anyone to create a daily practice of their own. OM SHANTI.


Simon Park received his teaching certification at Yoga Works, Santa Monica, in 1998. His Body Enlightening massage has been featured in the New York Times, W Magazine and Yoga Journal. Simon lives in New York City, teaches vinyasa, Yogic ArtsTM, and Thai Massage workshops and teacher trainings nationally, and tours with his teacher, Shiva Rea. Simon graces the Willow studio at Mayflower whenever he can with his inspired blend of yoga flow.


Manorama is the director of the School of Sanskrit Studies and the owner of Surya Jewels.

Manorama leads workshops on the Path of Luminous Shabda, a path that combines Sanskrit, Meditation, and Yoga philosophy. She leads workshops throughout the US, as well as in Europe and Canada. Manorama's extensive knowledge of the Sanskrit language, combined with her powerful and melodic singing voice were born from years of close study with her Guru, Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati.

Other releases with Manorama include: Sarva-Bhuteshu ‘In All Beings,’ Mrtyunjaya Mantra Healing Prayer, Awaken Fire, Learn to Chant Yoga Invocations and Learn to Pronounce Yoga Poses. Manorama is a graduate of Columbia University.

Manorama has been something of a guiding spirit in the creation of the Mayflower Spa. In the summer of 2006, she led us in a Puja ceremony as we dedicated Spa House, and for this and more we are very grateful.


Coral Brown teaches Prana Vinyasa Flow yoga: an energetic and creative approach. She is one of Shiva Rea's senior teachers and assistants. Through balanced and fluid sequencing she guides her students on a journey inward where the body, mind and spirit meet, fostering a safe practice space where students learn to trust their body's intelligence and allow the Prana to connect them with their inner teacher. She is a student of the Flow and strives to embody this in her practice and daily life. Deep Focus Yoga Week


Marie Fourcaut is a highly acclaimed teacher who has taught hundreds of enthusiastic and devoted students for the past 14 years. Raised in France, she danced professionally for 20 years with Crowsnest, Martha Clarke, and Pilobolus as well as leading modern dance companies in Paris. Marie has studied yoga with Rodney Yee, Ana Forrest, Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, and Linda Hiller among others. Marie's teaching offers a unique approach, in the Vinyasa Style, to the ancient practice of hatha yoga with elements of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Pilates. Marie focuses on awareness of the breath, the flow of movement through the poses, and precise alignment. Marie brings her passionate presence and intuitive intelligence of the body to create a unique and challenging practice of yoga.


Oceana BaityOceana Baity Certified through OM Yoga Center, Oceana is greatly influenced by the Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions, and by the direct teachings of Shiva Rea and Rodney Yee. Oceana teaches challenging, creative yoga sequences to center the attention on the breath, but she grounds this joyful, flowing practice with an emphasis on alignment. While she gives precise instructions and assists in each posture, Oceana encourages her students to move beyond their physical practice.

Jessica Bellofatto has been delving deeply into the ancient art and science of Yoga for almost 15 years. She completed the year-long Jivamukti Teacher Training Program in 1997 and has been teaching ever since. Jessica continues to find inspiration from such notable teachers as John Friend, Richard Freeman, Angela Farmer and Victor Van Kooten, Genevieve Kapuler, and, most extensively, with Rodney Yee. In 1999 she opened Yoga Shanti Yoga Studio in Sag Harbor, NY with Colleen Saidman. They and the studio have since been featured in the New York Times, The Daily News, New York Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and other periodicals. Jessica is interested in movement as art, movement as therapy, and especially, movement as a spiritual practice.
