In addition to our daily menu of yoga offerings and mindfulness-based practices (morning yoga, afternoon saunter, journaling, evening stretch and release), we serve Blue Heron Blends—custom yoga/meditation sessions that are tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you are new to yoga, reluctant to try it or an experienced practitioner, we can custom blend a practice that gives you exactly what you are looking for.
