Prana Flow workshops with Coral Brown
Join yogini Coral Brown the first Sunday of every month at 1 pm for 90 minutes of inspired yoga practice. Start your week off right. Awaken the flow of energy within. The first Sunday of each month. Coral will also teach an Extended "Deep Focus Yoga" Workshop format for guests of the spa the week of Sept 21-23, 2008.

Deep Focus Yoga Workshops
Join one of our inspiring yoga instructors for four days of inspired yoga practice to awaken the flow of energy within. Whether you are an absolute beginner looking to start a yoga practice, or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your yoga, this week will expand your knowledge, and increase strength, flexibility and energy. The intensive yoga is enhanced by your participation in all of the usual unlimited treatments, activities and spa cuisine which are the signature of our Destination Spa programming.

Details: Rates are based on single occupancy and are exclusive of tax.


The Mini-Luxe Experiences
Tailor made for people with limited time who need maximum relaxation. Enjoy a truly luxurious two or three night spa experience.

Here’s a 5 night destination spa plan that will start you on your way to looking your best. We will shape a program for you that suits your individual needs from Athletic training on Hikes, Bike challenges and Kayaking to a full on Tri-Athlete’s workout plan. Enjoy classes from rigorous circuit training to strengthening yoga, to pilates and dance in a schedule that will include at least 3 hours of targeted physical activity daily, all meals and regularly scheduled classes and activities as well as four 60 minute treatments, one 90 minute treatment, one manicure, one pedicure, one hair style, one private nutritional consultation and one private fitness session.

 

Jump into Yoga!!!

Even Absolute Yoga Beginners will leave the #1 ranked Mayflower Spa’s 5 night destination spa intensive having developed a complete yoga practice for strength, flexibility and serenity. We will start you out right and keep you going with instruction in basic postures for flexibility, stress reduction and back care. Begin to cultivate a personal practice you can do anywhere and feel empowered to join any first level Yoga classes at home. More Experienced practioners will also find we can shape a schedule that is just right for them. Your week includes 3 hours daily of yoga related activity, which might include outdoor practice, practical posture workshop, easy introduction to meditation and more. This week also includes all meals and regularly scheduled classes and activities as well as four 60 minute treatments, one 90 minute treatment, one manicure, one pedicure, one hair style, one private nutritional consultation and one 60 minute private yoga session.

 

THE OUTDOOR ADVENTURER

Enjoy hours of exhilarating outdoor challenges led by our highly motivating personal coaches who will take you on weather appropriate adventures such as hiking, biking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and rappelling . The balance of your Spa day is filled with an unlimited selection of Destination Spa offerings.



JUMPSTART TO FITNESS

Start with a fitness assessment and our expert staff will create a program that is right for you no matter what your level. Your program will likely include four hours of targeted sessions from cardio to pilates, from flexibility to core training. A nutritional counseling session equips you with practical strategies to keep you on track long after you leave Mayflower.

 

POWER UP YOUR TENNIS

THE COUNTRY HOUSE SPA WEEKEND
